This Women's Day was special for more reasons than one. Women and wisdom were in the limelight at the third edition of the Times Education Icons award ceremony, held on 8th March 2019. Understanding that knowledge is power, the Optimal Media Solutions Wing of the Times Group had conceptualized this one of a kind events to applaud and recognize top educational institutions in the city, for their remarkable achievements. The awards celebrate educational institutions that have worked to make a difference among the students they nurture and demonstrated extraordinary commitment, innovation, zeal and compassion in imparting knowledge to the society. The winners were adjudged post-rigorous and detailed research based on various parameters. Rorito was proud to associate with the event as a gift partner. Outstanding national & international curriculum schools, schools known for their innovative teaching methodologies, emerging schools and residential schools, exemplary preschools both company-owned franchisees and individual pre-schools and professional training institutes engaged in civil services coaching, bank entrance coaching, TNPSC coaching, financial techniques coaching, professional exam coaching, aviation academies and abacus training institutes were awarded for their education excellence. The panel discussion also saw the enthusiastic participation of members from the audience. This was followed by interviews with various segments of respondents. A robust approach was followed to arrive at the final rankings. The average scores from the factual survey and perceptual rating survey helped to arrive at the final ranking of these prestigious awards. Knowledge is power and acknowledging that, North India celebrated it with a mega event at TIMES EDUCATION ICONS 2018-19.This event was organised by Optimal Media Solutions at Constitution Club of India, Delhi. Lamp Lighting was done by Shri Vijay Sampla (Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment). The recently concluded TIMES EDUCATION ICONS 2018-19 NORTH witnessed participation from more than 150 schools & institutes. These schools & institutes were recognized & felicitated at the event for their contribution in the field of education. The awardees were selected basis the Times School Survey 2018.Prominent educationists from North India were also part of the event.
