TechRidge @ Hyderabad is DivyaSree’s latest mixed-use development project that is aimed to propel the “work – live – play” community approach, with the prime growth driver being the office development. The idea is to create a self-sustaining landmark that will include office, residential and recreational components, redefining the micro-geography.

This 45-acre project with a development potential of over 10 million square feet is in the expanding HiTec City Corridor, one of Hyderabad’s most sought-after Business Districts. DivyaSree has already made operational an 1100-seater incubator facility and the 1st phase of the project (approx. 840,000 sq.ft.) is currently under construction on a Build- to- Suit basis for DivyaSree’s anchor occupier – Accenture.

Unmatched Asset Management Services

We are investing in technology to improve the engagement with the Occupiers through “Denali”, our Property Management Services Arm to create “occupier convenience”. One such initiative is the recently launched the ‘One-Campus’ app specifically targeted to enhance the experience of the occupiers.
